if you are having problems with Bank of America please e-mail me. i am having problems with this bank mostly very day because of draft charges to my account even if the money is there, i will still get charge the overdraft. Bank of America claim that on same day transaction if i give a check for certain amount and deposit amount of the check so that check could be cover on same day, what Bank of America will do is take the check first deposit the check then hit me with a 35.00 fee for overdraft and then credit the deposit i took in same day. i think this is very unfair to me and any one doing business with this bank.
